Process Piping Installation

Wij installeren en lassen procesleidingen voor industriële installaties en werken met roestvast staal (AISI-304L, AISI-308L, AISI-316L, AISI-321), koolstofstaal (St.20, 30), titanium en aluminium.

Welding technologies used:

Handmatig lassen in argonatmosfeer (WIG-TIG)
Pipe diameter: from 6 mm
Wall thickness: from 0.8 mm
Orbitaal lassen (WIG-TIG)
Pipe diameter: from 20 mm to 115 mm
Wall thickness: up to 3 mm
MMA and MIG-MAG
Used for working with pipe walls over 8 mm (with prior edge preparation and multilayer filling).

Wall thickness and welding method:

Up to 2.6 mm (AISI-304L, AISI-316L, AISI-321)
"Pendel" method without the use of filler material (WIG–TIG).
Over 2.6 mm
Welding of dividing grooves using filler material (WIG–TIG).
Over 8 mm
Additionally, MMA or MIG–MAG is used (with edge preparation and multilayer welding).

Deze gecombineerde aanpak helpt laskwaliteit, productiviteit en projectkosten in balans te brengen. Wij kunnen de volledige werkvolgorde ondersteunen: documentatiecontrole, snijden, leidingvoorbereiding, montage, appendage-installatie, lassen, verificatie en testen van leidingsystemen.
