Process Piping Installation
We install and weld process piping for industrial facilities, working with stainless steel (AISI-304L, AISI-308L, AISI-316L, AISI-321), carbon steel (St.20, 30), titanium and aluminium.
Welding technologies used:
Manual welding in argon atmosphere (WIG-TIG)
Pipe diameter: from 6 mm
Wall thickness: from 0.8 mm
Orbital welding (WIG-TIG)
Pipe diameter: from 20 mm to 115 mm
Wall thickness: up to 3 mm
MMA and MIG-MAG
Used for working with pipe walls over 8 mm (with prior edge preparation and multilayer filling).
Wall thickness and welding method:
Up to 2.6 mm (AISI-304L, AISI-316L, AISI-321)
"Pendel" method without the use of filler material (WIG–TIG).
Over 2.6 mm
Welding of dividing grooves using filler material (WIG–TIG).
Over 8 mm
Additionally, MMA or MIG–MAG is used (with edge preparation and multilayer welding).
This combined approach helps balance weld quality, productivity and project cost. We can support the full work sequence: documentation review, cutting, pipe preparation, assembly, valve installation, welding, verification and testing of pipeline systems.
