Installation of Process Pipelines

We professionally install and weld process pipelines made of stainless steel (AISI-304L, AISI-308L, AISI-316L, AISI-321), carbon steel (St.20, 30), as well as titanium and aluminum.

Welding technologies used:

  • Manual welding in argon atmosphere (WIG – TIG)

    Pipe diameter: from 6 mm

    Wall thickness: from 0.8 mm

  • Orbital welding (WIG – TIG)

    Pipe diameter: from 20 mm to 115 mm

    Wall thickness: up to 3 mm

  • MMA and MIG–MAG

    Used for working with pipe walls over 8 mm (with prior edge preparation and multilayer filling).

Wall thickness and welding method:

  • Up to 2.6 mm (AISI-304L, AISI-316L, AISI-321)

    "Pendel" method without the use of filler material (WIG–TIG).

  • Over 2.6 mm

    Welding of dividing grooves using filler material (WIG–TIG).

  • Over 8 mm

    Additionally, MMA or MIG–MAG is used (with edge preparation and multilayer welding).

This combined method provides advantages in quality, speed, and costs. We perform the entire range of associated works: design, cutting, pipe preparation, valve installation, verification, and testing of pipeline systems.
