Tanks and Vessels Manufacturing

We manufacture tanks and vessels for liquids, bulk materials, gases and compressed air, including non-standard dimensions adapted to the customer site.

  • Tanks and vessels up to 20 m3 are manufactured in-house; larger volumes can be discussed according to project requirements.

  • We design and manufacture non-standard shapes and sizes adapted to the dimensions, process requirements and access conditions of customer premises.

Materials used:

  • High-alloy steels: AISI-304L, AISI-308L, AISI-316L, AISI-321

  • Low-carbon steels: St.10, 20, 30

  • Aluminum and its alloys: AL, AMG, AMC

  • Titanium: WT1-00, WT-0

Typical media and products:

  • Water, propylene glycol, alcohol, beer, milk and dairy products

  • Bulk materials (flour, sugar, various powders)

  • Acids, alkalis, petroleum products, gases, compressed air and others

When required, tanks can be equipped with mixers, cooling jackets or heating jackets. Welding is performed using WIG-TIG and MIG-MAG methods to support tightness, reliability and long-term operation.
