Metal Structures and Service Platforms
We manufacture and install metal structures of different complexity, including trusses, stairs, railings, frames for control cabinet mounting and service platforms. Solutions are prepared with attention to strength, safety and site use.
Types of materials for metal structures:
Carbon steel (St.20)
Structures can be coated with powder paints or chemically resistant enamels and prepared for indoor or outdoor use.
Aluminum and alloys
Lightweight and durable solutions for structures that may need relocation, transport or reduced load on supporting elements.
High-alloy (stainless) steels (AISI–316L, AISI–304L, AISI–430)
Used where corrosion resistance, clean appearance and hygienic operation are important, including food, chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
Welding is performed using WIG-TIG (AC/DC) and MIG-MAG methods. This supports precise assembly, clean welds and durable operation of finished structures.
